All reservations must be requested directly to our offices via fax, e-mail, through the Reservation Request Form in this website or the through the forms and phone numbers indicated in each hotel's website.

In order to confirm a group's reservation or a definitive status, a 50% downpayment of the total reservation amount must be made 45 days prior the group arrival. The remaining amount must be paid 10 days prior to arrival.

In case that the group reservation is not cancel 15 days prior to arrival, a NO SHOW charge applies.

The full payment of previously confirmed FIT reservations should be made 15 days prior arrival. This, to our Bancomer account 0445904234  Suc. 476 on behalf of XXXXXXXXX and a copy should be faxed to our offices.

Comissions

All prices quoted on Copper Canyon Tour Packages are 10% commissionable to all travel agencies. All kind of payment is accepted, except personal checks.

All refunds are subject to cancellation policies specified in every service provided.

All services or part of a service that a client takes on its own such as: transfers, attractions, tours, meals or any other of personal type, are NOT subject of refund.

We are only committed to supervise the fulfillment of the service that we offer, promote and sell. We decline all responsabilities due to delays, weather problems, strikes, earthquakes, etc.

We declare that we are only intermediates between the clients on one side, and the service providers above mentioned in this Terms of Service, such as airlines, railroads, transporters, carriers and hotels among others, on the other side.
